Site visits & quotes

• Site visits and quotations are free and carry no obligation.
• Most jobs are priced on a fixed quote following a site assessment. Where the specification isn't defined, work may be charged at a day rate, which will be agreed with you first.
• Garden design is a separately charged service.
• Changes or extras requested during a job will be discussed and agreed before they are carried out.

Deposits & payment

Deposit and payment terms: Not provided; these will be stated on your quote.

Guarantee & insurance

Installations are covered by a workmanship guarantee; its duration and terms will be confirmed in writing. We hold public liability insurance.
